Our pricing in Pflugerville, Hutto, Round Rock, and Georgetown, TX is transparent and competitive. Visits start at 30 minutes and include up to two pets. Additional pets, extended visits, or holidays may have extra fees. Every cost is explained upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying for: quality care, peace of mind, and your pet’s happiness.
We keep you connected to your pet with real-time updates, GPS-tracked walks, photos, and detailed visit summaries. For dogs, we require a minimum of two visits per day, however, most dogs prefer three visits per day. For cats and other pets, we require at least one visit per day.
In the rare event of an emergency, Texas Ruff House follows a pre-approved emergency protocol. We immediately contact you, provide veterinary care if needed, and document all actions. Your pet’s safety and well-being are always our top priority.

Yes, there is no charge for oral medication or insulin. Just make sure you book enough time to properly and safely medicate pets.
We recommend new clients allow two weeks prior to service. This allows time for scheduling a consultation and getting your account set-up.
As a small business operating on a 1-to-1 service model, our cancellation policy is essential to ensuring fair scheduling. Once your services are confirmed, we must decline other requests to reserve your spot, limiting our ability to accommodate additional clients.
Non-Holiday Services
• 48+ hours before start: No cancellation fee, 100% credit to portal
• Less than 48 hours before start: Billed for the first 48 hours; credit to portal for remaining balance
• Early return (service already underway): Billed for next 48 hours; credit for any remaining unused visits
Holiday & Peak Week Services
• 7+ days before start: No cancellation fee, 100% credit to portal
• Less than 7 days before start: 50% of the total invoice charged as cancellation fee; credit to portal for the remainder
